Bright lights cheer up Sparks Street for Winterlude

It could have been colder. There could have been ice on the canal. But Winterlude organizers did their best to make downtown, and particularly Sparks Street, cheery for visitors with light shows, ice sculptures, and Indigenous art.

The BUZZ was out on the first Sunday of Winterlude 2024 (February 4):
