Tell us about one dish that makes you want to return to a restaurant – and what makes it special. Is it the combination of flavours? Or the culturally authentic recipe? Or the interesting ingredients? Or the special preparation technique that you wouldn’t even try at home? Or how you eat it?

Take-out or dine-in dishes are both good. It doesn’t have to be haut cuisine. We’d prefer local restaurants rather than international chains.
